Over Worked Under Paid. Worked alot and never saw the end of day. Never felt appreciated for the extra work I put in.

I would not recommend this job based on the management that I had when I worked at the location. Was this review helpful? Yes No. Report Share Tweet. Copy link. Fun place to work. I loved working for the company and if they were to call me again I would work for them again I have bad feet and they let me sit as needed.

I enjoyed working for them on the holidays. And would love to work for them again. Free fruit. Great place to work. Loving staff. I had an awesome experience while I was here.

I made friends with my coworkers and was able to learn and grow while I was working for this company. Very fast paced around holidays. I was here seasonally and I loved it all! It was super fun working with fruit and making the arrangements. I loved dipping chocolates, cutting fruit, and packaging the arrangements. The manager is great too! Free Samples. Good place to work , diversified. Yes No 1. Do you enjoy working at your company? Every work experience is unique. Tell us about yours. Rate your employer.

Flexible hours. Friendly helpful staff. Bringing surprises to people. I had just moved to Portland and was looking for something part time. I had delivered groceries in high school, driven taxis and driven armored vehicles in the Army. I applied. Interviewed with the local owner. Was hired. I became a kind of go to guy for a couple of years, working Holidays and weekends. I was always treated with respect. I enjoyed the friendly staff and my manager.

The operation was very efficient. Being on the road was often a challenge and fun. Especially delivering unexpected surprises! Edible Arrangements was a pleasant place to work and I enjoyed working with everyone. I also enjoyed designing arrangements and decorating the fruit in chocolate. But I must admit during my 5 years at the company I constantly watched people get hired in and quit because it can be a lot to deal with if there is no leadership, organization and awareness of time management.

The company can do a lot better with how they handle holidays that also includes Bosses day, Teachers, Secretary's week, and Nurses week , and how they look out for the employees because it becomes extremely stressful, frustrating, exhausting and mentally draining dealing with the high volume of customers instore and over the phone who wants to order and have there orders delivered by a reasonable time and there's also web orders that seem to come in nonstop.

It will be nice if the company offers benefits and higher pay because of all the responsibilities and hard work that comes with working for Edible Arrangements. After Mothers day which is the last MAJOR Holiday to get through it calms down and the summers are very nice but it picks back up a little when the fall comes back around. I honestly don't think I would have stayed as long I did if I didn't have employees and management around to make the long hard days bearable by having a little fun and laughter.

Allowed to Eat the chocolate and fruit. No Benefits and Low Pay. Terrible Management. Management expected me to leave classes early to come into work instead of hiring a new person.

Easy job. Bad management. My job is to complete my task in a timely manner and make sure the customers are satisfied to perform a great environment and teamwork with other co workers.

Free lunches. Short breaks. Yes 1 No. Jobs at Edible Arrangements. Edible Arrangements In-Store Production. Edible Arrangements Production Team Seasonal.

Director of New Stores. Terrible management, no benefits, decent workplace. Manager is very condescending--no self-respecting person could ever stay here because of her. Turn-over rate is extremely high. Minimum wage with no benefits. Decent workplace. Low stress. Depends on location? Then location i work at isnt the greatest i suppose as the manager is never there and had to rely on a senior employee that was only hired three months prior to myself. Management, organization, unclear guidelines.

Good job to start. The newburgh location is very disorganized and hectic do to lack of workers. Good amount of hours weekly. Lack of workers. Easy work but poorly run. The work itself is easy, mostly just making the arrangements or whatever was ordered for the day and then prepping fruit for later or the next day.

But the owner never hires enough people. Especially when it gets busy. The only good part is some of the customers bad management blames u for the poor training.
